Tomato salsa
Recipe
Fresh tomato-3
Onions -40
Jalapeño -20 gm
Coriander fresh -25gm
Ketchup-50gm
Tabasco- 20 gm
Salt & pepper- according taste
Lemon -1 tbs
Methods: Bring a hot pot keep into water and boil till add into salt and dip tomatoes till skin will remove well put directly ice bath after that peel the tomatoes and removed seeds ,cut into small cube and keep inside, take bowl 🥣 keep into bowl add onion ,jalapeño,coriander,ketchup,Tabasco mix well and combine altogether add salt & pepper according taste finish to lemon juice. Serve with nachos!
