If you’re here for a “perfect zen person” meditation… that’s not me.
I’m just a regular everyday person who, a few years ago, was dealing with anxiety and everything that comes with it — panic attacks, insomnia, derealisation/depersonalisation, and that constant feeling of being stuck in your own head.
Over time, through a lot of trial and error, I learned how to regulate my nervous system in ways that actually worked for me.
And one of the biggest things I learned was this:
You don’t need a special setup to practice mindfulness.
You don’t need silence, candles, or a mountaintop.
You can practice it in real life — in your kitchen, in your car, in your morning routine.
So in this video, we’re doing something simple:
a coffee drinking mindfulness practice.
Because I love coffee. I always have.
And at some point I realised… I didn’t want to rush through it anymore. I wanted to actually taste it, feel it, and enjoy it.
