Hiba has accused her husband of giving her triple talaq and subjecting her to dowry harassment, physical assault, and threats after 12 years of marriage.

According to her complaint, Hiba faced repeated abuse over demands for ₹20 lakh and a plot of land. In April 2025, her husband allegedly pronounced triple talaq and threw her out of the house. Her sister reportedly faced abuse while trying to intervene.

A case has been registered at Saadatganj police station against her husband and father-in-law under relevant sections. Police are currently investigating, examining evidence, and recording statements.
