This clip was filmed at the Guildford seminar where I was teaching. We have covered several application for Pinan/Heian Kata series, including punches, joint locks and throws. This video covers three Age/Jodan Uke section of the Pinan Sono Ichi/Nidan/Heian Shodan
This is only a small portion of the material we have covered.

To learn and practice these applications please seek instruction under the supervision of a qualified Sensei.
