Jokes aside, in the game's code there are 3 practically unused characters for Mii characters, which are basically a "default" size-specific variant. M Mii for Medium, S Mii for Small and L Mii for large in that order. Those of course miss models, just like Mii Outfit C. And like Mii Outfit C, they can be made playable!

Recently B_squo gave me the information that at least "MEDIUM_MII" (M Mii) is actually used for setting up the ending ceremony, not entirely sure where exactly they get loaded as I probably misunderstood B_squo's information, I expect to load it in Grand Prix's top 3 driving cutscene but I might be wrong.
I don't think there is a model for those, and yet the game's code is loading it...?? A little bit strange, we might get more information about this in the future.

Interesting things that happen when selecting M Mii, S Mii or L Mii:
All the voiceclips stay in fact, so it loads your own Mii's weight class voiceclips, NOT from the specific character ID. This means that your Mii can have the lightweight voiceclips when playing as L Mii, or having the heavyweight's voiceclips when playing as S Mii;
The menu voiceclips defaults to Mario. This is most-likely a failsafe in the game's code, which is interesting why it does that rather than loading the voiceclip from your own Mii (like what happens in the races/battles);
The stats on the menu are messed up, but can be fixed with the Mii Outfit C stats fix code. The same with their bones structure that gets handled in the kartDriverDispParam binary files, you can simply copy-paste the original Mii Outfit's bones over those unused Mii variants, works just fine;
The Time Trials's ghost data list WILL crash as soon the game tries to load the saved ghost data once you highlight this ghost (the game tries to load a character icon that does not exist). However, in races and battles it works perfectly fine where the icon is actually just blank (not shown in the video).

To all custom Mii outfit creators out there, please do not forget to made a CPU model (_4 models) for those Mii outfits. They really are needed for tests like these!!
