🔴CRANBERRY NUT BREAD MAKES A GREAT GIFT💝

Описание: My cranberry nut bread is sure to bring smiles to the faces of your friends and family. The recipe is below. You can also order my cookbook if you'd rather not copy down the recipe. It's only $13.95. (Scroll down past the recipe.)

CRANBERRY BREAD (pg. 38)
2 c. flour
1 1\2 tsp. baking powder
1\2 tsp. baking soda
1\2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 T. oil
grated rind from 1 orange (zester https://amzn.to/32inxGf )
juice from 1 orange and water to make 3\4 c. total
1 egg
1 c. cranberries
1 c. chopped nuts (I use walnuts)
Combine oil, grated rind, juice + water, egg. Whisk well. Stir in sugar. Add in dry ingredients starting with flour and then sprinkling powder, soda, and salt over top. Mix lightly, add in cranberries and nuts. Mix until just combined. Pour into greased loaf pan (or multiple small pans). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes (less for small pans). Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to cool completely.
