Graphite molds can be used in casting jewelry metals and also glass. You can find blocks of it online, often for sinker EDM purposes, at reasonable prices (~$20 for something the size of a deck of cards). Machining it is messy though, and you should take precautions to prevent graphite dust from getting in your lungs, or on any electronics.
