Anchen Texter leads you through the practice of hands-on grounding, or body brushing, as a different approach to getting grounded. The intention of this practice is to help you connect with your body both physically and emotionally, with the help of your hands. Using your hands to direct your attention, you brush down your body, from the top of your head to the backs of your heels, and pay attention to the emotions and sensations you feel along the way. This is all information for you that can help you be more present in your body, and work with your emotions.
