When the 3rd chakra is balanced and healthy it can feed us, teach us and magnify our energy so that we can help others. Connect to your courage, your self-worth, self-esteem, and come in to your personal seat of power. This chakra area is the area where responsibility for serving others emerges. It is important for you to strengthen and balance this chakra if you want to discover and manifest whatever your amazing and unique gifts are for the world!
