Описание: This video will give you a reasonably well-rounded understanding of projection and why it's important to tackle it as part of your shadow work journey. Remember, just because your experience doesn't strictly fit the definition of projection every time doesn't mean that there isn't any work to do. Every time you have a reaction to someone, you can learn from it and bring it back to Self. In shadow work, anything that bugs you about anyone else is actually your thing to work through - it's person-centred.
