Baked Trout with Orange Zest
Ingredients:
• Trout fillet — 500 g
• Fish seasoning
• Orange zest — from ½ fruit
• Olive oil — a drizzle
• Salt — to taste
Note: bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
• Cream 10% — 150 ml
• Dorblu cheese — 100 g
Note: heat until bubbles appear, then let it rest — it will thicken.

Basmati Rice
Ingredients:
• Basmati rice — 150 g (washed)
• Butter — 50–70 g
• Water — enough to cover the rice by 1 cm
• Salt — to taste
Note: cook for 8 minutes, then let it rest for 15 minutes.
