Проиграл самому себе.
Накручивая себя перед каждым прыжком, требуя показать результат лучше, чем на кубке, убеждая, что прогресс должен измеряться очками в турнирной таблице, полностью выгорев, жестоко осуждая себя за ошибки в турах.

На этот прыжок я шел после 6 часов стендбая, перед которыми слил, утонув, второй тур дальности. Выдохнуть не давала мысль, что единственный шанс не ударить в грязь лицом - достойно выступить на точности.
Итог на видео.

Мне сильно повезло, вход в воду был мягким и обошлось даже без синяков.
Черт возьми! Главная победа, что я чудом остался цел!

Впервые уезжаю с соревнований без желания что-либо поменять в технике разворота или снаряжении. Впереди самый сложный элемент обучения - разобраться с психологией и своими мыслями.
Всё будет. Это лишь начало пути.

Lost the Russian Championship.
Lost to myself.
Winding myself up before each jump, demanding to show a better result than at the cup, convincing myself that progress should be measured by points in the tournament table, completely burned out, cruelly condemning myself for mistakes in the rounds.

I went to this jump after 6 hours of standby, before which I lost the second round of distance by drowning. The thought that the only chance not to lose face was to perform well in accuracy did not allow me to breathe.
The result is on the video.

I was very lucky, the entry into the water was soft and there were no bruises.

Damn it! The main victory is that I miraculously stayed safe!

For the first time, I leave a competition without the desire to change anything in the turn technique or equipment. The most difficult element of training is ahead - to understand psychology and my thoughts.

Everything will be. This is just the beginning of the journey.
