4:39 for the bridge! A calm train ride heading to Sydney’s CBD, filmed from the left side window as we head south toward the City.
The journey begins as we roll into North Sydney Station, then continue down toward Milsons Point. Then, the track rises onto one of the most iconic pieces of infrastructure in Australia: the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
From the left window you get a clear look across the lanes of traffic and the sheer scale of the bridge as the train zooms across. I try to pan upward while we’re in motion so you can catch the massive pylons and steel arch overhead as they slide past.
Near the end of the crossing, there’s a brief but unmistakable sight: the Sydney Opera House peeking into view before we continue into the City.
No talking, no music, just the simple soundscape of a Sydney train: the steady carriage hum, track rhythm, and the voiceovers full of information!!!
