TYPE of INCIDENTS - Cruelty against Cows and oxen, illegal detention in ground under the temperature of 5 degree Celsius, animals starving and dying without water, fodder, and shelter.

ACTION to be TAKEN - The cows and oxen must be freed as soon as possible. Daily 3-4 animals dying due to hunger, thirst, and severe cold weather. The proper FIR must be lodged against the guilty under the PREVENTION OF CRUELTY AGAINST ANIMALS ACT.
