Описание: India celebrated its 77th Republic Day at Kartavya Path, Delhi, with President Droupadi Murmu presiding over the grand event. Chief Guests included Antonio Costa, President of the European Council, and Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission.

The celebrations began with the national flag unfurling, followed by the national anthem and a thunderous 21-gun salute using indigenously developed 105 mm light field guns by the 1721 Ceremonial Battery of the 172 Field Regiment.

The parade highlighted India’s cultural diversity, as states presented vibrant tableaux showcasing art, heritage, and regional traditions, reflecting the spirit of unity in diversity.
