Context:
It’s the first day of college and you already have your eyes on a certain person, a baseball hunk named Brendon, however when you tell this to your best friend she scoffs and tells you that all the people you have crushes on have certain qualities that are way too similar. You argue with her that is not the case and this time you think it’s different. After a few days of telling her all about your crush she suddenly gets annoyed and starts to treat you in a not so kind manner.
One day at her house while doing a school project, you ask advice from her on how to ask your crush out but she bluntly tells you to stop and focus on the project and not think about stupid boy crushes. You get a little annoyed by one of her remarks and start to confront to her about her sudden change in the way she treats you.
