Walnut Stitch | How to Crochet

Описание: The crochet Walnut Stitch is a variation of the popular Almond Stitch.  The differences in this stitch is that there is a slightly deeper texture and the ridges are wider apart. This stitch is constructed in a similar way to the Almond Stitch (Sometimes called the Almond Ridges Stitch) in that it is worked using primarily slip stitches and half double crochet stitches.  These stitches are worked in the black loop or the front loop only which gives the stitch it's texture.  The resulting fabric is solid with deep ridges of texture that is similar on both sides.
