Ingredients & Process:
1 Cup Besan/Gram Flour
Sieve
1 Cup Suji/Semolina
3 Tbsp Ghee
Mix Well
1/2 Cup Water
Make Dough
Make Small Shapes
1 Tbsp Ghee In A Pan
2 Tbsp Cashew Nuts
2 Tbsp Almond
2 Tbsp Pistachio
2 Tbsp Raisin
Roast For 1 Min. In Low Heat
Keep Aside
Some Oil In A Pan
Fry In Medium Heated Oil
Fry For 7-8 Min.
Fry Until Slightly Changed The Color
Cool Down Completely
Sugar Syrup:
1 Cup Water
1/3 Cup Water
Let It Boil
Cook Until 1 String Consistency
Keep Aside
Break The Fried Suji Besan Mixture Into Small Pieces
Pour In Blender
Blend Coarse
Pour Warm Sugar Syrup Gradually
Mix Well
Add Fried Dryfruits
Make Laddoo Shape
