Sous Vide Bacon Wrapped Cheese Stuffed Smoked Meat Loaf AKA Fatty!

One of my Favorite things to cook on the smoker can now be perfected using sous vide que! Using sous vide makes it the bacon gets cooked all the way and the cheese does not ooz out of the meat causing a mess! You can use your favorite meatloaf recipe, rubs, cheese, etc!
Cooked sous vide at 140 for 2 1/2 hours then on the pellet grill at 375 for 45 minutes or so! Super easy!
