We take a look at repairing a rubber O-ring & filling in holes in a wooden block in this video. The RapidFix Dual Adhesive system can be used together or with the adhesive alone & we show both applications in this video.

When gluing 2 solid pieces together, put a small amount of glue on either surface and press together to eliminate the oxygen. The adhesive can be used alone in this scenario because once the oxygen is eliminated, the bond is formed instantly.

When filling holes in a wood block, first use the welding powder and then a little adhesive. Keep repeating this process until the hole is filled. The dual adhesive will become solid instantly, but waiting 18-24 hours is recommended to reach maximum strength. Once cured, the glue can be drilled, sanded and painted.
