This is a wine kit that takes just 7 days to make and ready to bottle.
You can let it ferment longer and you will get a better quality wine.
The SG Wines Platinum Merlot kit is very easy to make, with easy to follow, detailed instructions.
It takes just 5 days to ferment, 2 days to clear and then its ready to bottle.
You can drink it straight away, but we suggest leaving it to bottle condition for at least 1 month - 3-6 months ideally.
I highly recommend filtering your wine, it removes microscopic yeast and sediment which really improves it, removes any yeasty flavour and allows all the fruity flavours to really shine through. It also helps to remove that vinegar smell you sometimes get with wine.
