The Wayne County Board of Canvassers (WCBOC) allowed Mr. Maurice Badgett Sr to briefly testify about what happened at the William Beckham Academy on August 6, 2013 (Election Day) and on August 7, 2013;
WCBOC Chairwoman Carol Larkin and Vice-Chairwoman Krista Haroutunian (lawyer) cut short the testimony of Maurice Badgett Sr and refused to hear his testimony, about photographs and about his conversation with Mr. Richard Dooley at Beckham Academy.
