Todays recipe is a simple & a quick Chicken dish- Onion Chicken Fry
The onions are caramelized , giving a nice smokey & sweet flavour to the chicken.
ingredients required
boneless chicken-250g
ginger garlic paste-1/2tsp
turmeric powder-1/4tsp
red chilli powder-1/4tsp
3tbsp water
cook chicken for 5-6mins
keep aside
add coconut oil-3tbsp
red chillies-2
sliced onions-250g
saute till dark brown
ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
coriander powder-1tbsp
red chilli powder-1tbsp
garam masala-1 tsp
curd -3tbsp
saute till oil separates from the mix
then add the cooked chicken
saute well
garnish with coriander leaves
