How to make a Greek Omelette - Eggs with Feta and Spinach. This american style omelette with Greek flavors features fresh baby spinach sauteed in butter with crumbled feta cheese. Very easy to make and super delicious. One of my favorites.
Several years ago while out for breakfast with my family, I ordered a spinach & feta omelette and was hooked ever since. Its a classic combination that is full of flavor but isn't too heavy. Been making these ever since and is always a quick and delicious breakfast.
Feel free to use as much spinach and feta as you like on your omelette as it really comes down to personal taste. I choose to not salt these omelettes since the feta already has a high salt content.
Also worth noting, that in this video I wilted down enough spinach for 2 omelettes. I wanted to show just how much spinach wilts down when cooked. If you have never sauteed spinach before, you may be surprised to find just how much spinach reduces in the pan.
