Subscribe to my channel if you wish follow my journey of choosing the right paragliding upgrade. This is a hard decision to make as there are many choices available in the market today.
I'll try to pick on any substantial differences between them to make a rational decision as to wich glider makes me feel comfortable flying while offering exceptional performance.
In the end I'll make a comparison video for all the gliders that I test in the high EN-B class.
IOTA DLS - The second high B wing that I tested. I flew it on the upper heavy weight range to see how it would behave when is more loaded.
The trim speed was faster at around 35-38 km/h , top speed accelerated was 54 km/h.
Brakes felt very responsive and it was easy to turn in to thermals.
One down side for me was that the recovery on frontal stalls was slow when compared to Maestro 2 Light.
It is also a deal breaker because I expect higher passive safety from a wing of this class.
