PwC will face 100's of millions of dollars in damages after being found negligent in their case with the FDIC. The FDIC alleges that PwC did not perform basic audit procedures that would have detected the fraud at Colonial Bank and Taylor Bean.
The federal judge concluded that PwC was negligent and is now set to determine the penalties that PwC will face.
