It's parkrun tourism time again, Saturday morning 5k run
This week saw us take a 50 min car journey to the wonderful city of Chelmsford to enjoy ARU Writtle parkrun, which takes place at ARU Writtle College, which is just over 2 miles away from Chelmsford train station.
The course is a fantastic two out and back laps nearly all on concrete paths, with just a short sprint to the finish on grass.
The start / finish is very close to the college carpark that you can use (only for the parkrun of course), with toilets kindly made available in the amenity building at the rear of the car park.
This was event no 9 so is still a very new parkrun and definitely a great one to visit.
