Learn how to make flavorful mango chutney with just a few simple ingredients! This recipe uses half-ripe mangoes and a blend of spices to create a tangy, sweet, and slightly spicy chutney that goes perfectly with Indian meals, snacks, and even sandwiches.
Ingredients:
• 4 kg half-ripe mangoes
• 2 tbsp turmeric powder
• 2 tbsp mango powder (amchur)
• 2 tbsp black pepper
• 2 tbsp salt
• 1 tbsp black salt
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the half-ripe mangoes into small pieces.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mangoes with turmeric, mango powder, black pepper, salt, black salt, and brown sugar.
