Ya know, I started off thinking this was just a random thought then I starting finding a ton of evidence to support it. While I don't think the black tide is the anti organic equation I do think both are types of memetic viruses. The way it works is just too familiar and from what we know, everything lines up! It could be a stellaron BUT I HOPE NOT! Because that would be the same plot for the 4th time... and I would hate it. Amphoreus just feels so different from the other worlds it can't possibly have the exact same problem right?
