Archaeologists have excavated an ancient fast-food eatery, also known as a thermopolium, in the ancient city of Pompeii. The well-preserved shop, with bright frescoes and terracotta jars still holding traces of food and drink, was discovered two years ago and unveiled on December 26, 2020.
