Q. What systems is this game for?
A. PC, PS2, Xbox, Gamecube.

Q. How do you not die from being Shot?
A. Using the Unlimited Health cheat in code Breaker or your favorite cheat device.

Q. How do you get unlimited bullets?
A. I use a Cheat Device known as Code Breaker Version 8.2.

EDIT: found a button cheat.
All weapons and unlimited Ammo
In the city map screen Hold L1, R1 (together), and press X, Circle, X, Circle and Square
You will get unlimited ammo in any weapon you have or pick up.

Q. Where do I buy This Cheat Device?
A. Anyplace online like amazon Ebay etc. Sadly these are not sold in stores anymore. Bummer b/c mine broke.

Q. How do you record this so well from the TV?
A. I don't record from the TV I use a USB Capture Device by Zio. its the VideoSafe CameraMate, and I Edit This video with Windows Movie Maker.

Q. Is this game Multiplayer?
A. i'm not really sure, the PC version might have multiplayer but the console versions I dont think so.

Q. What website can i download it from and is it free?
A. No it is not free. Not everything is free you have to PAY for some things. There are places online that you can probably find this game but I cannot tell you what they are b/c I dont know where, and that would be piracy, BUY THE GAME, ONLINE IF YOU HAVE TO.(Amazon for Example) the console versions can probably be found at GameStop/EBGames (check their used Game shelves) and at the dump bins at WalMart.
They can also be found on various websites that sell PS2 games. Start with Amazon.

Q. how do u gain badge points?
A. by completing Game missions and solving street crimes.

Q. are there cheats for this game?
A. Yes but you will have to search them yourself. I cant help you here.

Q. Is there an unlimited ammo cheat?
A. Nick's Basic Pistols are built in unlimited ammo. Use Code Breaker or action replay max or game shark or one of those other cheat devices, See Questions 2 and 3. Or Punch this in at the city map screen:
While holding L1 & R1), press X, Circle, X, Circle and Square.
You will get unlimited bullets.

Q. Did you complete all the missions in this game?
A. No I suck at the missions and I will never do them, I do what I do best, CAUSE CHAOS!!

Q. Do the police come after you in this game?
A. Yes but only when your civil Unrest meter fills up about halfway then you will see a message in red text: "CIVIL UNREST CRITICAL", you will not be arrested just shot at alot. if you cause chaos stay near a health place or use a cheat device to get invincible.

I doubt there is any videos like this on here, this one is CRAZY if you like these kinds of videos, you'll love this one then, here I shoot randomly while walkin around LA to try and trigger the massive civilian gunfights I do trigger a few of them in this video I basically go "gun shopping" for 2 AK-47s this is the rifle like gun with the wooden grips (so you can find it in the game, this was done with unlimited health and ammo via a cheat device called code breaker its a disc you load in your PS2 and you choose your game and pick the codes you want then you hit start game in the menus, you then eject this disc and put in the true crime LA disc and hit ok and it runs the game with the codes applied. well I hope you like this video and it is very intense just warnin ya
