The cold wave in Delhi-NCR has broken a three-year record. Contrary to the weather department's predictions, the temperature in the capital dropped further in the morning, accompanied by dense fog. On January 15, the minimum temperature recorded in Delhi was 2.3 degrees Celsius near Palam, 2.7 degrees Celsius in Aya Nagar, and 2.9 degrees Celsius in Safdarjung. The combination of fog, biting cold, and chilly winds made for a bone-chilling experience on Thursday.

दिल्ली एनसीआर में सर्दी ने तीन साल का रिकॉर्ड तोड़ दिया है. मौसम विभाग के अनुमानों से उलट राजधानी में कोहरे के साथ सुबह के वक्त पारा और लुढ़क गया. राजधानी में 15 जनवरी को पालम के पास 2.3 डिग्री, आया नगर में 2.7 डिग्री और सफदरजंग में 2.9 डिग्री न्यूनतम तापमान रिकॉर्ड दर्ज किया गया. कोहरे और भयंकर ठंड के साथ हवाओं से हड्डियों के कांपने वाली सर्दी का गुरुवार को अहसास हुआ.
