It called for the calmness of the Security detail of state Minister for Lands Dr. Sam Mayanja to contain a rowdy environment after a team of Police officers opened fire in protection a land owned by Mugamba Kato Fred in Hoima City.
Minister Sam Mayanja had led a team comprised of the RDC of Hoima to the locus where hundreds had been evicted from the land in question.
Amidst the ensuing running battles minister Sam Mayanja ordered the RDC of Hoima to have Mugamba Fred arrested.
