Hie guys i am raj shetye a responsible citizen of india . where i saw that someone breaking laws i started video recording either they are police cops officials or other people i think its my responsibility to saw the people whats is going on in our contry india.basically i stay in city mumbai n thane from state of maharashtra.
In this video i caught towing truck location is dombivli east ram nagar comes under thane city police. this towing truck with traffic officer not following rules n regulation of how to tow vehicle at no parking area . this truck carried overload to make more money from it they are discriminating the law ( ACCORDING TO SECTION 113 MVA ACT 194 1/A NO ONE ALLOWS TO CARRY WEIGHT AND SIZE MORE THAN THE STRUCTURE OF THE VEHICLE IT WILL CONSIDERS AS OVERLOADING VEHICALS BUT CITY POLICE LIKE MUMBAI TRAFFIC POLICE THANE TRAFFIC POLICE ARE NOT FOLLOWING THE RULES AND GUIDELINES GIVEN BY STATE GOVERMENT AND CITY COMMISSIONERATE OFFICE ) IN THIS VIDEO i record this traffic police maharashtra traffic police not following the rules ones i started video recording they start false statement that i told they that i was police policer and because of that they can arrest me this shown how corruption is in india.
they know that what i am saying is right but they try to scared me by coming towords me . i am a youth of the incrideble india .and what if police who is here to consider to runs laws proper in india not obeying not following the laws motor vehicle act just to earn more.
this overloading towing trucks make make seviours accidents in crowded area like kalyan dombivli. atlast i told them to follow the rules n regulation .
on next day i went back to there that they are following the rules or they are still overloading the tow truck . i was right the stills not following the guilde lines then i called traffic control romm thane city n tell them about this thing n make an complaint later on i called the dombivli traffic police office and tell them that there officials are not following the rules .at last the person who was manage this towing trucks n came to us and make the officail statement that they are not following the laws but he dont know that i am shooting his video from hidden camera.
this is my request to maharashtra traffic police to take strict action and stop overloading vehicle.
conclusion i am here to tell people that they have to fight for there rights no one is here to tell you what is your rights . if some traffic police officer not following the rules please make video of them tell them that we also know the laws . this will help us to making a corruption free india . thats is my vision and is has to be vision of every citizen of india.
