In today's video we show how to remove the restrictive plastic stock turbo inlet pipe and install our own ECS Tuning Big Bore Turbo Inlet Pipe. The install is easy and only takes a few basic tools.

By increasing the ID of the inlet pipe, the turbo can breathe easier. This resulted in a nice increase in mid-range power on our tuned MK7 GTI. This is a great mod for someone who is Stage 1, Stage 2, or even someone with a bigger IS38 turbo. The kit fits the VW IS12, IS20, and IS38 factory turbochargers found in the 1.8T and 2.0T MQB cars.
