Coffeezilla recently called out Strategy's AI-generated ad of a retired woman by the pool — "this person literally does not exist." He's right. But her story is essentially my story. I'm a real retired engineer, and a meaningful share of my retirement income now comes from these four preferreds. In this video I walk through the whole playbook: what each one is, why the dividends are safe (hint: 800,000+ BTC in the treasury), how I choose between them, and my current 40 / 30 / 20 / 10 allocation that's earning roughly 3x a money market fund.
