Описание: This Honda was brought in for brake repairs and the customer mentioned the radiator cooling fan was running with a cold engine which he thought was not normal. I mentioned that it could be due to the heater controls set to defrost which will command both the AC compressor and rad fan on. He told me the AC didn't work so this video is diagnosing that problem. The car also has a code P0499 CVS Solenoid Circuit problem which it's had for several years.
