There are many reasons why people don’t care or care too much.

“Don’t care about what others think of who I am” is not the same as “don’t care about other people”. This requires high level of self-awareness and knowing your personal values. It is also related to confidence and security. This may have something to do with anyone’s “loner” or “solo” independent personality. If you don’t have friends and they are not your friends, why care?

I also talk about respect in this video. I respect things and people around me, because that’s the basic quality of being a human being.
