This is a video I took of the tiny little freight train that occasionally runs on the Orange Line on Sundays from around 24:00-25:00 (AKA Monday morning) or whenever possible. This one was delayed due to many new Trolley drivers taking a bit too long to bring back all the Trolleys to the downtown yard.
Anyways, someone didn't believe me that they still run so I'm posting this as "proof of life" that it still occasionally happens. From what I recall, there's only 2 companies that receive deliveries via this train. It's rumored to be plastic pellets to one and paper to the other.
P.S. halfway through the video I wanted a good shot of the train as it headed down Commercial Street, so I ran to 13th Street. This running bit was cut out. Note: This was all filmed on the 12th & Imperial platforms, and then the sidewalk, at a safe distance away from the train.
