Ascension lv2 Mr. Freeze, L10 Puppet, 5* Zatanna L10 DMC, Dr. Fate L8 Hand of Zatanna defeat Heroic 7 Tier 1 boss Cyborg.
Took much longer than I thought, and did not get to build all of Zatanna's damage but not bad and excellent for free to play artifacts!
Prior to ascension with Puppet and f2p artifacts Mr. Freeze was mostly a clean-up pip. Without Raven or p2p artifacts like beta club he at most did 80% of the solo raid boss.
Yesterday someone tried a non-ascended freeze with Zatanna and CWW, with Zatanna damage fully built up and still did close to 1.7 bill with puppet.
Ascension certainly makes a difference to Freeze on the pay to play side as seen in my other videos. Ascended freeze with Beta, even with just Vixen and Dr. Fate is an insanely quick one-shot.
However, from the Free to Play side of things, it is probably not worth investing resources in ascending freeze as a priority.
