Mitsubishi canter crank no start swollen injectors

all failed injectors due to water contamination in the fuel system. Even though we changed fuel filters and cleaned out the fuel tank and changed fuel because of the failed CP4 injection pump, and the contaminated injectors; For some reason, the fuel quality was still not good enough and it caused three out of the four injector tips to swell and get stuck in the head. We replaced all four injectors again, not under warranty because we don’t know if this is a fluke thing with poor fuel quality from a gas station, but most likely it’s a common defect issue with this tank. The inside of the tank is definitely Showing signs of condensation buildup and delamination. This is actually a common issue with this series of Fuso truck. The dealer even said that they see this happen all the time and I think they said there was a service bulletin for it also. We ended up doing Four new injectors, not under warranty and the truck ran for another couple thousand miles and then the customer ruptured the radiator and drove it and until the motor locked up. I can’t make this stuff up, but unfortunately, I could not keep this truck on the road, I think some of it has to do with quality of the truck, but I think some of it has to do with how the customer used it.
