Welcome to Hiking Fossil Rock
•
Named appropriately because you can find many fossilised marine species within the bedrock.
•
Fossil Rock is only 45minutes away from Dubai in the Sharjah Emirate, by the Mleiha Desert 🏜️ (location pin 📍 on the reel)
•
The total distance is about 8km depending on what route you take up to the mini summit and how far you go at sunrise or sunset it’s even more breathtaking.
•
It’s 3hrs in total with about 265m of elevation gain.
•
If you happen to go don’t forget to stop by Marley Point. (Photo in the Reel) I’ve the little ridge close to the summit, Marley Point just because Miss Marley 🐕 had about 3litres of water all to herself and refused to move.
