"Bread katka" | "Masala Bread" | "Masala pav" | Bread Chaat is a famous Gujarati-Cuisine street food dish of "Jamnagar" , "Rajkot" and "Kutch" city situated in state of "Gujarat" , India.
You can find it on many stalls in jamnagar, rajkot & Kucch
I tested it at many places in Jamnagar and Rajkot and found it very tasty. So here I am presenting "bread katka" (Masala Bread).
Ingredients :
3-4 bun bread
2 tbsp masala sing (salted Groundnut / Peanuts)
1/2 cup sev (Besan gram noodles like Sev)
Khajur (dates) chutney
Imli (tamarind) chutney
1 chopped onion
1 tomato
1 tbsp ginger - garlic paste
chopped coriander
1 boiled potato
Coriander
Method :
Create small square pieces of bun and put into service dish.
Dip one by one pieces into khajur(dates) and Imli (tamarind) chutney.
pour all chutneys on bun pieces one bye one.
Sprinkle boiled potato and peanuts on it.
Sprinkle tomato and onion over it.
Sprinkle Sev and Coriander over it.
Serve it immediately.
It taste delicious , yummy , mouth watering.
