1. Dua Taught by the Prophet ﷺ to Abu Bakr رضي الله عنه:

Arabic:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي ظُلْمًا كَثِيرًا، وَلَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، فَاغْفِرْ لِي مَغْفِرَةً مِنْ عِنْدِكَ، وَارْحَمْنِي، إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ

Transliteration:
Allāhumma innī ẓalamtu nafsī ẓulman kathīran, wa lā yaghfiru adh-dhunūba illā anta, faghfir lī maghfiratan min ‘indik, warḥamnī, innaka anta al-Ghafūru ar-Raḥīm

English Translation:
“O Allah, I have greatly wronged myself, and none forgives sins except You. So forgive me with a forgiveness from You, and have mercy on me. Indeed, You are the Most Forgiving, Most Merciful.”

2. Dua After Tashahhud – Seeking Refuge (Before Tasleem):

Arabic:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ جَهَنَّمَ، وَمِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ، وَمِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ، وَمِنْ شَرِّ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسِيحِ الدَّجَّالِ

Transliteration:
Allāhumma innī a‘ūdhu bika min ‘adhābi jahannam, wa min ‘adhābi al-qabr, wa min fitnati al-maḥyā wa al-mamāt, wa min sharri fitnati al-masīḥ ad-Dajjāl

English Translation:
“O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of Hell, from the punishment of the grave, from the trials of life and death, and from the evil of the trial of the false Messiah (Dajjal).”
(Sahih Muslim)

3. Comprehensive Dua from the Qur’an:

Arabic:
رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً، وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً، وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ

Transliteration:
Rabbana ātinā fī ad-dunyā ḥasanah, wa fī al-ākhirati ḥasanah, wa qinā ‘adhāba an-nār

English Translation:
“Our Lord, give us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.”
(Surah Al-Baqarah 2:201)
