WE HAVE A DRIVEWAY! Installing a 1000ft driveway in 6 days

Описание: Our first massive transformation of the property - a 1000 ft driveway from the road to the house site.

We hired it out to Hilltop Construction (we paid full price) and I'm glad we did because it involved a lot of heavy machinery: 24-ton Caterpillar D6T dozer, 18-ton John Deere 160LC excavator, skid steer with a hammer, three 16-ton dump trucks, vibratory roller. The first challenge we ran into was bedrock very close to the surface, but the team managed to hammer through it and use the material to fill other parts of the driveway that needed to be built up for a smooth grade.

This now unlocks us being able to get big trucks and machinery on the property.
