Quick note✅1. Thailand (formerly Siam)

1805: Known as the Kingdom of Siam, under King Rama I of the Chakri dynasty.

1939: Officially renamed to the Kingdom of Thailand.

Present: Still known as the Kingdom of Thailand, a constitutional monarchy.

2. Egypt

1805: A province of the Ottoman Empire, known as the Egypt Eyalet, ruled by Mehmed Ali Pasha.

1867: Became the Khedivate of Egypt (semi-autonomous under Ottoman rule).

1917: Renamed Sultanate of Egypt under British influence.

1922: Declared independent as the Kingdom of Egypt.

1953: Monarchy abolished, replaced by the Republic of Egypt.

1958: Became part of the United Arab Republic (with Syria).

1971: Renamed the Arab Republic of Egypt, the current official name.
