Описание: In this video, We will see NRI buying and selling property in India,important to know for the TDS applicable. NRI buying property in India, no restriction and TDS not applicable.NRI selling property TDS is applicable. These are three categories, according to property value
(i) Upto 50 lakhs
(ii) 50 lakhs – 1 crore
(iii) Above 1 crore
If a below 50 lakh sells a property 20.8% TDS is deducted. 50 lakhs – 1 crore 22.88% TDS deducted. Above 1 crore TDS deducted in 23.92%. In the buyer side TDS deductions are mandatory. buyer has taken the tan number and deducted TDS amount remitten in subsiquent month. Remitten TDS is filled quarterly once. It is buyer responsibilities. TDS filling submit full NRI details form16 provided TDS filling.
