This rose garden is located on the corner of Judd Road and Rockwell Street in the southern-most part of Mohegan Park.
It is free to the public and is one of Norwich Connecticut's prized tourist attractions. Bring your camera and family during the months of early June through late July while the roses are in full bloom.
