In the second phase in Bihar, voting is being held for five Lok Sabha seats from 7 am. But Orange and Yellow alerts have been issued by the Meteorological Department for many districts of the state. Alert has been issued for other areas including Purnia, Bhagalpur, Katihar, Kishanganj and Banka.
