Cars and trucks slam into the side of a Baltimore woman's home every day because of a narrow alley. And she can't get the city to create a solution. "I will be sitting here preparing food and it's like, 'boom,'" said Mueni Muthui. "You can't see the cars coming. And it's tremendously scary and a frightening experience when you are just watching TV and glass is flying at you and you hear a lot of banging." Muthui is at her wits end. She has to brace herself and her autistic son from the impact of vehicles slamming into her home as they try to pass through the alley next to it.
